The HS2100 Velocity is a hybrid tillage implement that combines the speed of a conventional tillage unit with some soil management aspects of vertical tillage. It is designed to bury more residue than a true vertical tillage tool, but with shallow-concavity SpeedBlades™ on 7½” spacings. The patented SpeedBlades aggressively power through heavy residue and thoroughly mix the soil without ridging. Engineered to run at faster speeds than a conventional disk harrow, the Velocity out-cuts and out-finishes competitive low-concavity, high-speed disks that are often classified as vertical tillage implements. Hydraulic fore/aft leveling simplifies field adjustments to create a smooth finish in a variety of soil conditions. The hydraulic soil conditioner features heavy-duty 16″ diameter reels with 1″ rods that bust up clods for a well-prepared seedbed. Velocity is offered in six sizes, in working widths from 22′ 11″ to 36′ 2″
