The ranch is located just under 30 minutes from Rangely which offers various shops such as a grocery store, hardware store, convenient stores with gas stations, and many restaurants. Rangely also has a district hospital. Located within close proximity to the Utah border, Vernal is also less than 1 hour from the ranch, providing a much bigger variety of stores and amenities. Meeker and Craig are both an approximate 1 hour and 30 minutes from the ranch as well.
Yampa Valley Regional Airport and Grand Junction Regional Airport offer commercial flight services and are both located roughly 2 hours away.
